Today´s meal :)

Breakfast: white yogurt and almonds in chocolate
Morning snack:  1/2 banana, 200 ml kefir milk, cup of custard
Lunch: vegetable salat with cheese
Afternoon snack: 200 ml kefir milk, banana
Dinner: dark roll, butter and 93% chicken ham
Second dinner: 1/2 curd
