Meal

Good afternoon!
Breakfast: oatmeal
Morning snack: banana, walnuts with tablespoons of peanut butter, 3 almonds
Lunch: whole wheat pasta with broccoli
Afternoon snack: 30g biscuits of healthy shop
Dinner: cheesecake of rye flour with yogurt (I just baked)
Later, I take a photo and I will give it here with recipe. See you later!
